Membership Terms and Conditions

By completing the membership form and paying your annual membership fee you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

1. I must not share my member’s area login details with anyone else.  These details are for my personal use only and I understand if I share them this may result in the loss of my membership.

​

2. Acknowledge (by digitally signing) that I understand that canoeing and kayaking are assumed risk sports.  It is my responsibility to let fellow paddlers know of any disabilities or medical conditions.  While coaches, coordinators and experienced paddlers can offer me advice it is my responsibility to make sure I am suitably experienced/equipped for any trip or paddle.

3. I will abide by any rules or guidelines posted by Manchester Canoe Club.

4.I Authorise Manchester Canoe Club to exchange information I have provided with British Canoeing the sports national governing body.
 

5. Manchester Canoe Club will not reveal information held about you to a third party unless the law allows us to. For further information about how Manchester Canoe Club please take a look at our GDPR statement.
